•    END THE STATE INCOME TAX
for the average Virginia family, by exempting the first $60,000 of household income. This is a tax cut of $3,000 every year
•    LEGALIZE MARIJUANA
and send $1 billion back to taxpayers. Reform the criminal justice system by ending civil asset forfeiture, ending arrest quotas, fixing sentencing discrepancies and reforming bail
•    EMPOWER JOB CREATORS AND ENTREPRENEURS
by scrapping absurd and burdensome business regulations, taxes and occupational licensing requirements
•    REPEAL PROHIBITIONS ON SAME-SEX MARRIAGE, CIVIL UNIONS AND PARTNERSHIP RECOGNITION
to bring VA law in line with the U.S. Constitution, and prohibit discrimination in state employment on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity

Ed. The small version has one different bullet point:
•    END THE STATE INCOME TAX
for the average Virginia family, by exempting the first $60,000 of household income. This is a tax cut of $3,000 every year
•    LEGALIZE MARIJUANA
and send $1 billion back to taxpayers. Reform the criminal justice system by ending civil asset forfeiture, ending arrest quotas, fixing sentencing discrepancies and reforming bail
•    STAND OPPOSED TO ACP/MVP PIPELINES
to ensure private property rights are upheld. Eminent domain should not be used to benefit private corporations
•    EMPOWER JOB CREATORS AND ENTREPRENEURS
by scrapping absurd and burdensome business regulations, taxes and occupational licensing requirements
