• Dolan has repeatedly touted himself as a Trump-like candidate, both in his commercials and during debate forums. 
• However, he’s anything but: both from his own mouth, from those surrounding him, and from those who support him.
• Dolan has said that there was no evidence of widespread voter fraud, that he would have voted to certify, and that President Trump “perpetuated liesabout the outcome of the November 2020 election.”
• He also said that President Trump holds responsibility for the events on January 6th and applauded Rep. Gonzales for voting to impeach him, called Trump an isolationist for wanting to bring American troops home, and said Trump didn’t get things done for Americans as President. 

• As part of the family that owns the franchise formerly known as the Cleveland Indians, he supported the decision and has submitted to left-wing cancel culture.

• As a State Senator, Dolan sided numerous times with liberals on key issues.
• He’s the co-sponsor on the STRONG Act, a gun control bill called for by Gov. DeWine, which he also wrote an op-ed in support of. 
• He's also voted against the Heartbeat Bill several times, voted againstand voiced opposition to ‘Stand your Ground” laws, voted against prohibiting mandatory quarantine orders, and is an outspoken supporterof the Ohio Fairness Act, Ohio’s equivalent to the federal Equality Act. 

• He can’t even be truthful about being a life-long Republican, as he's a former Democrat and ran a failed Statehouse campaign as a Democrat.
• Rather than focusing on how he'll get things done for Ohioans, he focuses on gaining national media attention from figures like NBC liberal Chuck Todd.
