Heather Collins is an immigrant small business owner who is saddened by how California has been governed for the last 2 years.

Heather Collins is fiscally conservative. 

Believes taxes are too high.

Wants accountability for funds and taxes collected and services provided with those funds and taxes.

Believes Education is THE way to end systemic poverty.

Crime rates are way up and communities want law and order restored.

Heather wants to get unhoused people into treatment for mental illness, drug addiction and give others a path to housing or a place to safely live that isn’t on beaches, neighborhood streets or near freeways ( a more detailed plan is being shared with other candidates)

Heather wants to bring California back to the place people love to live in, where businesses want to be and the world dreams of visiting.

While there are more qualified candidates for Governor, Heather loves that, in the United States, running for elected office is open to almost anyone.  She is honored to be in this group and hopes she can be an inspiration to others who think they are too small to step up.
