ECONOMIC VITALITY: TURN IT AROUND
The guiding principle of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s economic policy is simple: People who work hard should have a decent life. lt was true once in this country, and it can be true again. RFK, Jr. will rebuild American prosperity. He will bring down food, fuel, and housing costs and make home ownership accessible again. He will subsidize child care, and reduce taxes on working people by making corporations pay their fair share. He will rein in military spending and turn those resources toward domestic infrastructure. He will reverse the decades-long decline in wages with a higher minimum wage. He will implement new trade policies that end American workers' "race to the bottom" with low-wage workers in off-shored industries. He will shrink the wealth gap to restore a broad middle class.

RECONCILIATION: HEAL THE DIVIDE
Most politicians run by stirring up as much hate and anger as possible against the other side. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will appeal instead to our broad moral agreements. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is a lifelong environmentalist with a focus on people and places. He will protect our nation's forests, waters, and wild lands. He will transform our agricultural system to build soil and produce healthy food. He will protect our nation's health too, by cleaning up the toxic pollution in our water systems, air, and soil. And he will refocus our medical research toward reversing the chronic disease epidemic that now afflicts at least half of American families. We will be a physically and environmentally healthy nation again!
