Campaign manager Jenny Delwood worked for Bass for seven years on Capitol Hill and in the Assembly.  Most recently she served as executive vice president of  Liberty Hill Foundation, Feb. 2017-Feb. 2022.  Previously she worked as a chief deputy at HHS in Washington during the Obama administration, Sept. 2015-Jan. 2017; interim executive director of the Foster Youth Institute, Aug. 2014-Sept. 2015; worked for U.S. Rep. Bass as deputy chief of staff and legislative director, acting chief of staff and senior legislative assistant and director of operations, and legislative assistant and special assistant Jan. 2011-July 2014; and worked for Bass in the Assembly as district director, deputy district director and field representative, June 2007-Dec. 2010.
