FORECLOSURES Change banking laws to stop hasty foreclosures and putting taxpayers in the street.

 A. REPEAL THE 1986 TAX LAW - Which favors the rich and penalizes the average taxpayer disproportionately
B. RESTORE the tax deductible on real estate purchases to encourage investment in real estate again
C. RESTORE the tax deduction of purchases of automobiles on time payments.
3.
 MANUFACTURING - Give tax advantages and assistance to manufacturers retooling and updating their factories.
4.
 HOUSECLEANING - IMPLEMENT THE GRACE COMMISSION REPORT -This report pinpoints all the waste in government. It has been submerged because it shows the trough the pigs are eating from.
5.
 SPACE PROJECTS - A moratorium on all outer space projects until our economy improves.
6.
 FOREIGN AID - A temporary moratorium on foreign aid - unless there is an emergency

7.
 NUCLEAR PLANTS - Dismantle our nuclear power plants and use alternative energy sources.

8.
 MEDICAL - Scrap the medicare system and institute a medical care system for everyone, possibly based on Canada's or Germany's.
9.
 DOCTORS - Give tax credits to doctors for treating the poor.

High speed trains - our giant project! We should get private investors to invest in a nation wide, high-speed railroad system linking states, cities and airports. This will be a gigantic enterprise and will create millions of jobs:- and a needed clean transportation system - the best in the world.
