Dear Reader:
Thank you for checking in. Many of you have told me
you like Democracy in Action. I have been honored to
run these sites since May 1998, and am continually striving
to make them better. I hope they serve as a useful
resource and help you make sense of presidential
campaigns.
I have run
these sites on an extremely tight budget. From occasional
trips to Iowa or New Hampshire to replacing a lost camera
battery ($75) to toll road fees the expenses add up. Every
contribution helps. If you can contribute through PayPal above
or via mail to the address below it would be a great
help. (Contributions are not tax-deductible).
As always If you have
ideas, suggestions, comments or criticisms on Democracy in
Action I welcome your input; please call or send an email
(action08@ gmail...) with a CLEAR SUBJECT LINE so it
doesn't get overlooked.
Thank you for your support
and your consideration.

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the
chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning
all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one
elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless
ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely
commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of
things occur to help one that would never otherwise have
occurred."
