We Can Learn from Other Democracies

On occasion I've had the opportunity to be overseas during election campaigns or just seeing how politics is conducted day to day in countries outside the United States.  The U.S.A. may be the "world's greatest democracy" but that doesn't mean we can't learn from how elections are conducted in other countries and how governments elsewhere seek to address problems facing their citizenry.
