A Bold
New Direction For Washington State
Bob Ferguson
Big Changes To Meet Our Toughest Challenges
#1 PUBLIC SAFETY IS PRIORITY #1
Every Washingtonian should feel safe. Washington ranks last in law enforcement officers per capita — that must change now. I'll help hire 1,000 well-trained officers and use smart strategies and technology to prevent crime. As Attorney General, I prosecuted violent criminals and sexually violent predators. As a dad, I care about keeping our families safe.
#2 MAKE WASHINGTON MORE AFFORDABLE
The cost of living is too high. I'll build more affordable housing to reduce rent and home ownership costs. I stood up to corporate price-fixing and returned millions to Washingtonians. I'll cut taxes for the middle class.
#3 TACKLE DRUGS AND MENTAL HEALTH
I took on the largest corporations in the world and won $1.2 billion to support first responders and expand treatment.
I will confront the fentanyl crisis by holding drug dealers and those who prey on the vulnerable accountable while ensuring those in crisis get the treatment they need.
#4 PROTECT REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM
Reproductive freedom is under attack. As Governor, I will always protect your reproductive freedom.
I am the only candidate endorsed by Planned Parenthood and Pro-Choice Washington.
Paid for by Bob Ferguson for Governor (D) P.O. Box 22169 Seattle, WA 98122
Fighting for You
"As the son of a public school teacher and career Boeing employee, I know who I'm fighting for. I am the only candidate rejecting campaign contributions from large corporations and corporate PACs because I work for you, not powerful interests.
My wife Colleen works at a community college. Together, we're raising teenagers and want a Washington that is safe and prosperous for them – and you.
Washington faces tough challenges and attacks on our democracy and fundamental freedoms. As your Governor, I will make big changes for a brighter future."
