Governor Cox signed historic legislation to lower taxes, empower parents, protect families, and safeguard Utah's water and other natural resources — and he isn't done yet.

Historic Tax Relief:
During his term, Governor Cox has signed more than $1 billion in tax cuts, providing relief for all Utahns with a focus on helping families by reducing taxes on income, food, and Social Security.

Protecting Life:
Governor Cox is unequivocal in his commitment to defending Utah's right-to-life laws. He signed HB467 which limits the expansion of abortion clinics in the state.

Fighting Federal Overreach:
The Cox Administration has pushed back on federal overreach at every opportunity to protect our public lands and state resources.


Empowering Parents in the Fight with Social Media:
Governor Cox delivered majar new legislation that empowers parents, including a bill that requires párental permission befare a child can sign a legally binding contract with Big Tech companies.

Offering More Education Options for Parents:
Parents need to be involved in the education of their children. HB 215 increases parental choice in how their tax dollars are spent and where their children are educated.
