2022 U.S. Senate Races — Spring/Summer Edition

In the primaries, there are hundreds of candidates running for governor in races around the country from safe incumbents to little-known, underfunded longshots.  Along the way there are candidates who fail to qualify for the ballot or drop out, candidates who run for several years and those who enter at the last minute, and candidates whose fortunes rise and fall; in a number of states the contest may even go to a runoff to determine the nominee.  The small sample below will hopefully give a sense of some of the candidates, themes and issues in 2022 primary races for governor.
