WENDY'S BROCCOLI & BACON SALAD
 
1 bunch fresh broccoli florets
½ - 1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 carrots (shredded)
1 - 1 ½ cups golden raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds (kernels)
8 slices crisp bacon (crumbled)
 
DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
(or to taste)

METHOD: Clean and chop broccoli. In a large bowl, mix onion, celery, carrots, raisins and sunflower seeds.
In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Add dressing and bacon just before serving. Keeps for several days in the refrigerator, if it lasts that long. A crowd pleaser!
