A STRONGER ECONOMY
Terry will create thousands of good paying jobs and build a stronger economy that
lifts up all Virginians. Terry will work to raise the minimum wage to $15 by 2024, and make sure all Virginians have access to paid sick, family and medical leave.

QUALITY EDUCATION
Terry will make sure every Virginia child receives a world-class education. With a
$2 billion annual investment, he will expand Pre-K to over 40,000 3 and 4 year olds in need, get every student online, and give Virginia teachers a much needed raise.

AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE
Terry will fight to make sure all Virginians have quality, affordable health care coverage and that no Virginian is forced to choose between medication or a meal. He will lower premiums and hold drug companies accountable for predatory prices.
