[Music] Rich Stanek: These are the streets I patrolled. I was a street cop and a sheriff. But no matter what uniform I'm wearing, my goal's always been the same, uphold the law to protect my neighbors.

I'm Rich Stanek. I started out as a patrol officer 38 years ago, protecting our families, our schools, our businesses and our places of worship. And when I got elected as Sheriff in '06, I expanded our state's largest sheriff's office to fight violent crime and to prevent low level crime and to protect our state's most vulnerable residents.

I'm proud of the work I've done. But today, our streets are flooded with violence, and our neighbors need help now, more than ever. That means my job is not finished.

I'm running for governor because the Democrats in charge are letting lawlessness run rampant and using the actions of a few bad actors to wage an all out war and law enforcement.

We need leaders who build bridges instead of burning them, who call for understanding instead of unrest, and protecting our communities instead of bowing to the socialist left.

I'm a lifelong conservative. I care about Minnesota and our future. We're at a crossroads as a country and a state. With the right leadership, we can get Minnesota back on the right track, secure our elections, jumpstart jobs and our economy, protect our privacy, observe the Second Amendment and put an end to lock downs and mandates

I'm Rich Stanek. I won't rest until Minnesota streets are secure, our families are safe again, and our conservative values are protected. Because this is my beat, and these are my neighbors, and nothing, nothing could make me prouder than protecting you.
