Address The Crisis In Our Streets
There are more people living on the street in Oregon today than at any point in our state's history, while also recording the second highest addiction rates in the nation. Christine will declare a homelessness state of emergency and address the humanitarian crisis on our streets with all tools available to ensure homelessness is rare and temporary.

Restore Our Community's Safety
While homicides in the City of Portland are up 207%, local leaders have undermined law enforcement by defunding the police and allowing political agendas to weaken community safety. Christine will restore safe communities, regain the trust and confidence of law enforcement, support police funding, and end Governor Kate Brown's mass prisoner release program, which has led to the early release of convicted cold-blooded killers.

Fight For Our Working Families
Oregon ranks as the 5th most expensive state in the nation, with Oregonians paying among the highest personal income taxes and gas prices in the country. Christine will fight for job growth in Oregon, protect family budgets, work to cut taxes on families and small businesses, and put a moratorium on unnecessary new regulations and repeal or roll back unnecessary existing regulations.

High taxes, overregulation and excessive lockdowns have killed thousands of small businesses and good paying jobs, and the cost of living is skyrocketing. Christine will strengthen our economy, focus on job creation and tackle Oregon's affordability crisis that is squeezing middle-class families and stifling economic growth.

Prioritizing Safety in the Community
Crime is out of control, yet we continue to hear calls for defunding our police. With Christine as Oregon's Governor, the days of treating the police like criminals and criminals like victims will end. She will stand with law enforcement, get tough on rioters and criminals, and bring peace to our streets.

Putting Students and Families First
Oregon's schools are finally open again but with competing values and muddied agendas that create division and distract from the true mission of education. Christine is committed to keeping schools open, getting back to basics in the classroom, giving parents a forum to be heard, and leaving the politics out of the education system.
