HOUSING
We need to build! I am tired of seeing good families pushed out of the state, unable to afford the California dream. Reducing the costs and increasing the availability of housing is a top priority to me. I will work to get Government out of the way in the building processes, protect the environment and bring new ideas to solve old problems.
 
WATER
For the first time in 50 years, California's water infrastructure will be a priority. As your next Governor, I will work to fast-track repairs to our crumbling water conveyance systems, dedicate funds to expanding water storage by completing, expanding and building new reservoirs.

EDUCATION
Given the option, many families that want a better education for their kids, would choose a different school. Red tape, bureaucracy and cost, have made this task impossible. I am proposing a plan to give families control over their children's destiny. Let parents choose the best path of success for their kids.
