MINNESOTA
     Candidate for Governor...withdrew before the primary

Phillip Parrish (R)
Card-  x 11"

I  am Phillip Parrish. I am not a politician.

I am a Naval Intelligence Officer • Teacher • Principal • Family Man

•    I will investigate the agencies spending your hard-earned dollars.
•    I will work every day to protect your Freedom by ending and rescinding mandates that are in conflict with MN law and the U.S. Constitution
•    I will uphold our Bill of Rights.
•    I will protect your Security by ending our participation in the immigration relocation program and ending sanctuary cities.
•    I will protect your Prosperity by getting rid of variable and hidden tax agendas that pick winners and losers.
•    I will protect life, freedom, and security.

It's time for leadership for the people of MN-not for the establishment.

I am opposed to how the immigration/relocation programs have taken advantage of our Minnesota Nice, enabling violent, abusive, and illintended people into our state through multiple volunteer agencies. Under my administration, Minnesotans will no longer fund immigration/relocation programs of refugee through these social programs. We will end contracts with federal & UN agreements for refugees & immigration. Unelected officials, such as the Met Council, will not have the authority to affect cities, towns, quite frankly all Minnesotans. No longer will we be exploited for our loving, kind, and generous nature.

MY TOP PRIORITIES WILL BE TO:

•    Support private healthcare programs through access to care & private insurance;
•    Cut individual and corporate taxes by removing scams and agendas;
•    Expose and remove policies that promote sanctuary cities;
•    End taxpayer-funded programs that threaten life;
•    Eliminate all programs that promote foreign government interests and policies;
•    Rescind executive orders that overburden small and large businesses;
•    Support mining, agriculture and manufacturing;
•    Eliminate Common Core and get educators back in the classroom teaching our kids;
•    Strive to modernize our transportation (without trains);
•    Encourage new energy ideas; and
•    Update communication with a broadband infrastructure.

I AM PHILLIP PARRISH. I will work hard to represent the citizens of Minnesota and would be honored to have your support in my campaign to be your next governor.

Born in Blue Earth, Minnesota, August 1965. In 1989, graduated with a degree in Education and embarked on a rewarding career in teaching in Minnesota's Public School system, with a focus on math, music and civics. Ten years later, Phillip joined
the U.S. Navy Reserve as an Intelligence Specialist and re-embarked on his educational pursuits, earning his Masters of Science in Educational Leadership and a Specialist Degree in Educational Administration by 2002.

After earning his advanced degrees, Phillip joined the staff at Gerard Academy and Treatment Center for girls and boys with emotional and behavioral disorders in Austin, MN as its Principal. Throughout his tenure, Phillip provided financial guidance for the academy's $1.7 million budget and a $1.3 million building project and consulted as a subject matter expert on numerous fronts with the Minnesota Department of Education.

Accustomed to wearing multiple hats in his working day, Phillip Parrish responded to the
events of 9/11 by continuing his Reservist calling while at Gerard Academy, deploying and traveling to Europe to serve his country, using his intelligence background to help allied forces track some of the world's most dangerous terrorists as a non-commissioned officer. After serving as an intelligence specialist with the U.S. Naval Reserve for 10 yrs, Parrish was offered and accepted a direct commission as an intelligence officer in 2007.

A cornerstone to Phillip's life is a life of service. He has volunteered for countless church and community youth programs as a teacher, music leader, and mentor for 30+ years.
