Erin & Erin know that when we fight for out values, we win.

And now is the time to fight.

Erin Murphy is a nurse, a mom and a legislator who never stops fighting for our shared values. For 12 years at the Capitol she's been on the frontlines for Minnesotans with a bold, progressive vision for our state. That's  one of the reasons why she's earned the endorsement of Governor Mark Dayton.

Erin knows that if we want an equitable and just Minnesota, where everyone can thrive, we have to fight for it. Erin & Erin will fight the corporate greed that is holding us back  from affordable health care, better wages, and  broad prosperity. Erin Murphy & Erin Maye-Quade are ready to fight shoulder-to-shoulder with the people of Minnesota to win:

•  Single-Payer Healthcare
•  Fully-Funded Public Schools
•  Student Debt Relief
•  Clean Water & Land
•  Living Wage Jobs
•  Racial & Economic Justice
•  Legalized Recreational Cannabis

"We must refuse to leave people in Minnesota behind. We have to use our smart minds and determined spirits to work together and create opportunities for every Minnesotan to succeed. That's what I've done as a nurse, union leader, and legislator—and that's what I'll do as our next governor.

Erin is the oldest of five kids. Her mother, Kaz, worked in a canning factory and cleaned houses. Her father, Bernie, is a retired union member who built cars for GM. They took pride in their work and the opportunities it created for their family.

"Despite working multiple jobs and long hours, too many Minnesotans have trouble making ends meet. We must do better. As governor, I'll fight for working people." –Erin Murphy

Erin is a registered nurse and worked on surgical and transplant teams. She's calm in a crisis and unafraid of tough decisions.

Erin ran for office after watching her mother struggle to get the care she needed when she was diagnosed with cancer. As a leader in the Minnesota House, Erin has worked to make healthcare more accessible and affordable, expand collective bargaining, give all kids access to Pre-K, increase the minimum wage, and ensure that love is the law in Minnesota.

"Minnesotans are tough, smart, and optimistic. Together, we can do great things for our families and level the playing field. I'm excited about our future." –Erin Murphy

Erin and her husband, Joe Faust, have been married since 1989. They have twin daughters, Anna and Bridget.
