ELMER JACOB ENZI
Mike Enzi's Father

A PROVEN RECORD OF RESULTS:

  • Mike Enzi has had more than 100 bills signed into law on a wide range of issues that impact Wyoming citizens.
  • Mike helped establish 8 VA Clinics across the state to serve Wyoming's veterans and was instrumental in bringing the first Job Corps Center to Wyoming.
  • Mike has also worked on approximately 12,000 constituent cases, aiding Wyoming residents with a wide variety of issues with the federal government – from adoption, travel visas, unemployment and disability claims, land use and much more.
  • Mike Enzi has been a tireless champion far Wyoming's coal industry and its workforce ever since he was Mayor of Gillette. Since that time, he is still working hard to cut through the EPA's seemingly endless red tape and stop excessive regulations that hurt our energy producers. He was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for his efforts on behalf of the coal industry.

Mike has led on passage of legislation that:

  • Paved the way for the development of the coalbed methane gas industry in Wyoming.
  • lmproved mine safety for our energy workers.
  • Expands patient access to quality health care in rural a reas and helps attract more doctors and health care providers to Wyoming.
  • Reduced mandatory spending and slowed the growth of new mandatory programs.
  • lmproved access to quality education in rural communities throughout Wyoming.
  • Helps small business owners grow and expand.
  • Restored millions of dollars taken from Wyoming by the federal government back to the state.

Mike and Diana Enzi learned early on that it is the people of Wyoming who make this state so special. A place worth protecting. A place worth fighting for.

While Mike served as Mayor of Gillette during a boom period, the growing town became known as the "energy capital" of the nation. But it wasn't just the rich natural resources that made it the energy capital; it was the dynamic, hard-working individuals who drove Gillette's success.

The same can be said for communities across Wyoming. It is the people who have worked here, raised their families here and built their lives here who have made Wyoming what it is today: a state built on courage, character and a deep sense of community.

Mike and Diana Enzi are two of those people.

Wyoming is a place where you can call a wrong phone number and still know the person on the other end. Mike fights everyday to keep that sense of community.

He's had more than 100 bilis signed into law on a wide range of issues that impact Wyoming, including health care, energy, 2nd Amendment rights, education, land use, military affairs and more. He's a principled conservative with a record of getting things done.

MIKE'S CONSERVATIVE COMMITMENTS

  • Fighting to Dismantle Obamacare: I have worked against it at every opportunity. For my early warnings on the disastrous consequences of this terrible law, Fox News compared me to Paul Revere.
  • Keeping Wyoming's Economy Strong: I hold a 100% rating from the National Federation of Independent Business and Americans for Tax Reform calls me a "Hero of the Taxpayer".
  • Fighting for Wyoming Energy and Federal Faimess: I spearheaded legislation to allow for the development of coalbed methane gas. I brought AML funding back to the state, money that was and still is owed by the federal government.
  • Protecting Life, Families, and our Cultural Heritage: I am rated 100% by the National Right to Life Committee. I have an A+ rating from the NRA and an A rating from the Gun Owners of America.
