Natalie will raise the mínimum wage so all hard workers can support their families. Natalie's husband served in Afghanistan, and she will fight to make sure every veteran comes home to a good-paying job and quality health care.

There's a bloated federal budget in Washington, with too many lobbyists and special interest insiders getting their way. Natalie knows you have to lead by example. That's why she tightened her budget and returned $3 million to taxpayers, and that's why she will continue her cost-saving efforts in the Senate.

PROTECT COAL JOBS
Natalie has a plan to win the fight against President Obama's job-killing regulations. Natalie's plan will save coal jobs now and make coal stronger and more competitive for the future through advanced coal technology being developed right here in West Virginia.

SUPPORT HIGH TECH
From 3D printing to nanotechnology, Natalie knows cutting-edge research is taking place in our state. She will invest in high-tech and take that research from the lab to the factory to create West Virginia jobs.

INVEST IN JOB TRAINING

West Virginia can have an all-of-the-above energy strategy that protects coal jobs and
uses our natural gas boom to increase job opportunities. Natalie knows it's essential not just to ship natural gas out of state but also to process it in West Virginia, and revitalize our chemical and manufacturing industries.

Century infrastructure. Natalie will deliver the support our state needs to finish critical highway projects and bring high-speed broadband to rural communities.

Natalie Tennant is a born and bred West Virginian. Natalie's father was a school principal and her mother was a teacher, and she grew up on a farm in Marion County. Natalie worked a mínimum wage job to get herself through college at WVU, and later she and her husband started and ran a successful small business. She's put her firsthand, small business experience to work as West Virginia's Secretary of State and will do the same in the U.S. Senate.
