Since his election to the U.S. Senate, Chris Coons has:
 
  • Created and led the Manufacturing Jobs for America initiative in the U.S. Senate, which focuses on enhancing and growing a 21st century workforce both here in Delaware and across the nation, as well as organized more than a dozen job fairs and skills workshops to help Delawareans find work.
  • Introduced the American Dream Accounts Act, an innovative bipartisan bill to increase a student's access to college and job training opportunities.
