1 CREATE MORE AND BETTER JOBS
Since Rick took office, Michigan has created nearly 300,000 private sector jobs. But we're not done yet – Michigan's comeback will continue with more and better jobs in his next term as governor.

2 LEVERAGE OUR NEW TAX SYSTEM
The job-killing Michigan Business Tax has been eliminated and the unfair Personal Property Tax reformed – paving the way for more and better jobs.

3 REINVENT OUR GOVERNMENT
Michigan has had four consecutive, balanced, and on-time budgets – we can't go back to the government shutdowns of the Lost Decade.

4 KEEP OUR YOUNG MICHIGANDERS HERE
Rick understands that young people are looking for exciting places to live, work and grow. He considers jobs a priority for all of our young people.

5 REVITALIZE OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
Under Rick's leadership, education funding is at its highest-level in state history. Early childhood education is a top priority for Rick as is expanding career tech education with a focus on closing Michigan's skills gap.

6 RESTORE OUR CITIES
Michigan can only be as strong as its cities. Rick's bipartisan solution is leading the comeback in Detroit as he works with leaders across Michigan to help cities create vibrant working and living environments.
 
7 ENHANCE OUR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL IMAGE
In Rick's first year as governor, he secured annual funding for the successful Pure Michigan campaign, which attracts thousands of visitors each year.

8 PROTECT MICHIGAN'S ENVIRONMENT
Rick will continue to protect and enhance our state's Great Lakes, rivers, and forests. His policies protect our environment and grow our economy simultaneously.

9 REINVENT OUR HEALTH SYSTEM
Rick signed bipartisan legislation that will provide 470,000 hard-working Michiganders with quality and affordable health insurance. He believes that health care must include prevention, wellness and personal responsibility.
