IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED TO VOTE
Before a voter may be issued a ballot he or she must present some form of personal identification. Acceptable forms of personal ID include: 
1. ID issued by the State of Missouri, an agency of the state, or a local election authority (such as a Voter ID Card.
2. ID issued by the U.S. government or an agency of the U.S. government such as a Social Security card.
3. Student ID from any college, university, vocational or technical school located within the State of Missouri.
4. A current utility bill, bank statement government check, paycheck or other government document that contains the name ond address of the voter.
5. A driver's license or state identification card issued by another state.
6. Personal knowledge of the voter by both poll managers or supervisors upon completion of an affidavit signed by both managers/ supervisors and the voter. RSMO Section 115.427.1
A photo id is not required in order to vote in Missouri.

VOTING A DEMOCRATIC PARTY TICKET
To vote the "democratic party ticket" the voter must cast a vote for that party's candidate in each contest where that party has a candidate. Section 115.237.4 RSMo(2006 Supp.)
