I'M JOHN GREGG, &
I'M RUNNING FOR GOVERNOR.

I was born and raised in the small town of Sandborn, where I still live with my two sons on a small farm. I served as president of Vincennes University until 2004, and I've been a Main Street lawyer in Sandborn since leaving Vincennes. I'm running for Governor as a father and an educator who also happens to know a thing or two about how state government works.

I'm going to run my campaign the way I've done everything in my career – by having an honest conversation about the things that bring us together. We're going to share our vision for the future of Indiana, and we're going to show the kind of respect Hoosiers deserve.

SECURING OUR ECONOMY
 
•   Build a Midwest alliance to compete against China and India.

•   Stand up to Washington politicians who undercut Hoosier workers in unfair trade deals.

EDUCATING OUR WORKFORCE
 
•   Stop damaging cuts to education.

•   Educate a workforce that can compete for 21st-century jobs and attract new businesses.
•   Make college more affordable and accessible.

PUTTING INDIANA FIRST
Indiana deserves a Governor who puts Indiana first. As Speaker of the Indiana House from 1996 - 2002, I led a chamber divided 50-50 between Democrats and Republicans. We had to put politics aside to get things done, and we succeeded in balancing budgets and cutting taxes without all the political games. It's the same kind of approach I'll use as Governor – it's the only style I know and the kind of leadership Hoosiers deserve.
