Instead of putting government in charge of health care, Pat believes we should give patients and doctors more control over their health decisions, bring down insurance costs by creating competition across state lines, and stop runaway medical lawsuits that drive up costs by enacting tort reform.

Cut Wasteful Spending and Eliminate Pork Projects 
Pat opposed the Wall Street bailout from the beginning. He will fight to end the bailouts, oppose phony "stimulus" programs that only put our country in deeper debt, and stop Washington's unaccountable and wasteful pork-barrel projects known as earmarks.

Strengthen Our National Security
