3. Provide your address information

4. Have your Minnesota Driver's License ready or your Social Security Number for identification

5. Finish your application and you will receive your ballot in the mail

6. Your absentee ballot must be received by the election office BY ELECTION DAY. Mail your ballot back in as soon as possible or deliver it in-person to your county elections office
