Overview:  The impeachment inquiry has dominated the news recently, as the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence began public hearings on November 13 and heard from three witnesses earlier in the day (+).  Buttigieg was expected to draw fire after a Real Clear Politics poll average through November 19 showed him leading in Iowa (>), but he emerged unscathed. Excluded candidates were Bennet, Bullock, Castro, Delaney, Patrick, Sestak, and Williamson.  Warren led in speaking time at 13:23 followed by Buttigieg and Biden; Yang had the least speaking time at 6:43.

Viewership was the lowest of the Democratic debates thus far, 6.5 million viewers overall.  Many observers attributed this to viewers being saturated by the impeachment hearings.
