Who can register to vote in Minnesota? To register in Minnesota you must:
•    Be a U.S. citizen
•    Be at least 18 years old on Election Day
•    Be a resident of Minnesota for 20 days
•    Be finished with all parts of any felony sentence

How do I request a vote-by-mail ballot?
