With 6 weeks left until Election Day, Biden for President New Hampshireis in a strong position to win the Granite State and send Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to the White House.

President Trump has failed New Hampshire, and voters know it. From his mismanagement of the COVID-19 crisis and its economic fallout, to his tax scams that benefit the wealthy over hardworking families, to his endless attacks on access to quality, affordable health care, President Trump has made life harder and more uncertain for Granite Staters.

New Hampshire is ready for a real leader in the Oval Office. Joe Biden is that leader. Joe knows the struggles Granite State families face because he has lived them. He knows what it’s like to lose a child to cancer. He knows what it’s like to send a child to war. He’s never forgotten the dignity of work and the sacrifices his parents made to ensure they had food on the table. As President, Joe Biden will restore the soul of our nation, rebuild the backbone of our economy -- the middle class -- and unite our country.

  • Joe Biden is the leader New Hampshire needs, and we’re strongly positioned for victory

  • ●  Joe Biden is the leader Granite Staters need right now. In New Hampshire, more than 435 Granite Staters have lost their lives due to COVID-19. But even in the midst of this pandemic and an economic crisis, Donald Trump is fighting to take away Americans’ access to health care. Joe will protect and expand the Affordable Care Act that provides 105,000 Granite Staters with quality, affordable health care and provides critical protections to more than 570,000 Granite Staters living with preexisting conditions.

  • ●  As President, Joe has an economic recovery agenda that will help Granite Staters build back better as workers, businesses, and families increasingly face health and economic uncertainty under the Trump administration. 111,000 jobswere lost since last year in New Hampshire, including thousands of manufacturing jobs. Small businesses are the backbone of New Hampshire’s economy and employ more than 50% of the private workforce in the state. As President, Joe will help New Hampshrie recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, spur small business growth, and won’t raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000 a year.

  • ●  Donald Trump is facing strong headwinds in 2020. Joe Biden has led in every single New Hampshire poll since the beginning of June. Joe Biden also maintains a consistent lead among women voters in New Hampshire, who make up a majority of the state population. In 2016, Granite State women voted against Donald Trump by double digits. In 2018, Democrats won statewide races by running against key elements of Trump’s agenda, like his endless attempts to end Granite Staters’ access to quality, affordable health care for our veterans and families, and we intend to continue this trend in 2020.

We aren’t taking a single Granite Stater for granted

  • ●  Over 5,200 Granite State volunteers have participated in our virtual events, phonebanks, textbanks, trainings, and meetings since June.

  • ●  Since the week of the Democratic Convention, we have seen a nearly 70% increase in people signing up to volunteer and participate in our New Hampshire campaign.

  • ●  Our campaign is organizing and energizing key communities across the state. For example, we host weekly women to women phone banks and Women for Biden engagement events that reach hundreds of voters week-over-week across the Granite State.

  • ●  Organizing virtually has allowed us to reach voters where they are -- on the phone and online. On the same day Donald Trump held a rally in the state earlier this month, our campaign experienced its highest single day of volunteer sign-ups to date - a 1,440% increase in sign ups from the previous day. Later that week, Granite State students submitted videos via our Soapboxxplatform to speak out against Donald Trump’s divisive rhetoric and share why they support Joe Biden.

We are building a strong and diverse coalition

●
Our coalition in New Hampshire includes women across the state, diverse voting blocs from populous cities like Manchester, Nashua, Concord, and Derry, rural small business owners in Belknap, Carroll, Cheshire, Coos, Grafton, and Sullivan counties, and Republicans and Independents from all ten counties in the state.

  • ●  We’ve built a team with deep roots in New Hampshire and with experience campaigning in every region of the state. We’ve brought on coalition and political teams to engage and activate key constituencies, including women, labor, veterans, youth, and rural communities. Our campaign holds weekly events to talk about the issues we know voters care most about: Joe Biden’s plan to respond and effectively manage COVID-19, expand access to good-paying jobs for working families in the Granite State, and protecting access to quality, affordable health care.

  • ●  Over the next two months, you will see our campaign continue to engage these constituencies in real and meaningful ways around the issues that matter most to them, and discuss Joe Biden’s solutions to these issues in the absence of real leadership from President Trump.

We are meeting the moment with effective organizing

  • ●  Mobilizing and engaging supporters during a global pandemic is an unprecedented challenge, but it has also provided us new opportunities to meet voters where they are. Our phone contact rates are higher than they have ever been and we are having meaningful conversations with voters about the direction of our country in unprecedented times. We host phone and text banks every week and hold weekly meetings with Granite State leaders to activate volunteer groups across the state.

  • ●  New Hampshire is part of our campaign’s historic $280 million general election paid media program, where we will make sure voters across New Hampshire know about Joe Biden’s plans to help communities recover from the pandemic and build back better. Our campaign is also making critical investments in specific message tracks for young voters and seniors.

  • ●  Our youth vote program is engaging students in creative ways during this unprecedented environment. For example, in place of in-person canvassing, our network of campus supporters and volunteers have been airdropping “commit to vote” cards to their friends and networks in dorms and on campus.

  • We are educating voters about how to cast their ballots
  • ●  Our campaign has launched the largest and best-resourced voter protection program in our state's history. We have a team of legal and grassroots volunteers currently fighting to ensure all eligible voters can make their voices heard and ensure their votes are counted.

  • ●  Our voter protection team has been engaging in a large-scale voter education campaign to ensure that Granite Staters know how and when to cast their ballot.

  • ●  In June, our campaign launched a voter information and protection hotline 603-GO-N-VOTE and a website IWillVote.com/NH that provides voters with information on how to register to vote, checking status of voter registration, voting by mail, and voting in person.

  • Where we go from here

  • ●  In the coming weeks, you will see our campaign talk about the issues that matter most to Granite Staters, including Joe Biden’s plan to create good-paying jobs in the wake of Donald Trump’s failed response to the pandemic, his commitment to expanding access to health care, and how Joe Biden will support small business growth across New Hampshire.

  • ●  We will use our resources to ensure that Granite Staters can make their voices heard at the ballot box -- whether that is via mail or in person.

  • ●  We will conduct literature drops and have operational supply centers across the state to ensure that voters can get the information they need about our campaign. All of these activities will be executed with strict adherence to public health and social distance guidelines to ensure safety.

  • ●  And you will see our campaign continue to meet voters where they are. We will use all of the tools at our disposal -- including our surrogate program, local media engagement, digital program, paid media, and more -- to persuade and mobilize every eligible voter to cast their ballot for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

There are 40 days until November 3rd and Biden for President New Hampshire is going to use every single one of them to persuade and mobilize Granite Staters to cast their ballot for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
