Hunter Biden (clip from GMA 10/15/19): I don't
think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in
my life if my last name wasn't Biden.
Male Announcer: Like your investment firm
striking a billion dollar deal with a Chinese owned bank ten
days after you and Joe visit.
And collecting over $80,000 a month from a Ukranian energy
company after your father was named point man on Ukraine.
Hunter Biden (clip from GMA 10/15/19): It is impossible for me to be on any of the boards that I just mentioned without saying that I'm the son of the vice president of the United States.
Male Announcer: The question is not why Hunter
Biden used his name to get these gigs. It's why Joe
Biden let him do it.

The Oct. 14,
2020 press release:
With proof Joe Biden lied to the American people,
Trump campaign launches Hunter Biden ad
Following the explosive reporting in the New York Post that
Joe Biden lied to the American people about never discussing
his son Hunter’s foreign business deals, President Trump’s
re-election campaign today launched an ad detailing Hunter
Biden’s history of trading on his father’s power for
personal enrichment. The ad details Hunter’s billion-dollar
business deal with a communist Chinese bank and an
$83,000-per-month position with a Ukrainian energy company,
all while his father was Vice President of the United
States.
In the Post’s reporting, emails recovered from a laptop,
which has been seized by the FBI, reveal that Hunter Biden
arranged a 2015 meeting in Washington, DC with his father
and Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the Ukrainian energy
company, Burisma. One email from Pozharskyi to Hunter Biden
says, “thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an
opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time
together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,”
An earlier email from Pozharskyi to Hunter Biden asks for
“advice on how you could use your influence.”
Biden has previously claimed to have no knowledge of his
son’s business schemes, saying, “I have never spoken to my
son about his overseas business dealings."
Less than a year after Joe Biden met with Pozharskyi and
Hunter Biden, then-Vice President Biden pressured Ukrainian
officials into firing the prosecutor who was investigating
Burisma.
