Notes:  The Biden clip is from the joint Biden and Harris joint interview with ABC News' David Muir and Robin Roberts that aired on Aug. 23.  Muir asked, "If you're sworn in come January, and we have coronavirus and the flu combining, which many scientists have said is a real possibility, would you be prepared to shut this country down again?"  Biden, started, "I would be prepared to do whatever it takes to save lives because we cannot get the country moving until we control the virus."  Biden made his shut it down statement in response to Muir's follow up, "So if the scientists say shut it down?"  more
