consists of three full half-hour evening local newscasts on Des Moines
CBS affiliate KCCI Channel 8 totaling approximately 1.5 hours.
The coverage contained 27 campaign ads totaling 15.0 minutes (i.e. 16.6% of the broadcast time was
campaign ads). The
