Buttigieg:  As a veteran, and as a mayor, I've seen what we can achieve when we have each other's backs.

But in today's divided America, we're at each other's throats.

Our rivers and oceans are rising.

Health care costs are soaring, and our kids are learning active shooter drills before they learn to read.

To meet these challenges and to defeat this president, we need real solutions, not more polarization.

I'm Pete Buttigieg, and I approve this message because acting together to conquer these challenges is the only way forward.

NEW AD: Pete for America Announces First Statewide Television Ad in Iowa

DES MOINES, IA  — Today, Pete for America announced a significant television and digital buy that will air statewide in Iowa. The new 30 second spot, “The Only Way,” will run on broadcast and cable, as well as across digital platforms in both 15 and 30 second ads.

This ad buy comes on the heels of the campaign’s Labor Day announcement that the campaign is opening 20 offices in 20 days across Iowa, and now has nearly 100 staff in the state.


Observation: The decision to lead off the ad (and ad campaign) with an image of a very young looking Buttigieg in uniform is interesting.
