Pete for America
"Ready" +
:30 TV ad from Jan. 7, 2020 run in NV.
[Cheering/Crowd Noise/Music]
Buttigieg (clips from NHDP Convention): We
need ideas big enough to meet this moment.
We ought to unify Americans around these solutions or nothing will
actually get done.
Buttigieg (audio):
Medicare
for
All Who Want It can work in a way that creates that public
alternative, gets everybody covered. But unlike the Medicare for
All plan it doesn't dictate that to the American people and risk
further polarizing them.
Buttigieg (clip from NHDP
Convention): Let every American have the choice to walk
away from the corporate private plans, but when they're ready, that is
the way forward.
Buttigieg (voiceover): I'm Pete Buttigieg, and I approve this message.
Notes: Opening clips
from NHDP State Convention on Sept. 7; it might have been more
effective if they could have included something from Nevada Democrats'
First in the West event.
