Notes:  This was the first TV ad from the 2020 presidential campaign noted in 2019.  A spokesperson for Act Now on Climate stated "the first 7-figure buy of the 2020 cycle is up and running this morning in Iowa, on behalf of Act Now on Climate, the PAC supporting Jay Inslee's bid for President. The ad starts on national cable tomorrow (Wednesday)."  Act Now on Climate, a super PAC headed by Cory Platt announced on Feb. 21.  Inslee, who announced his candidacy on March 1, is making his first trip to Iowa as a candidate on March 5.  See also: Reid Wilson.  "Inslee super PAC hitting Iowa airwaves."  The Hill, Mar. 4, 2019.  According to the article, Act Now on Climate "will spend more than $1 million on television and digital advertising" and the TV spots will run for two weeks.
