Trump Campaign Launches PromisesKept.com to Document President’s Accomplishments

Repository of Trump Record Necessary to Counter Media Errors and Omissions

NEW YORK, NY – Tonight, Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. launched PromisesKept.com, designed to document all of President Trump’s accomplishments in office and to counter the errors and omissions of the mainstream media, which distort, underreport, and lie about the President’s remarkable record since taking office.

Presented in a timeline and catalogued by issue, PromisesKept.com is an active reference tool for President Trump’s mounting record of accomplishments throughout his term in office to date, including bills signed into law, Executive Orders, policy proposals, and more.

“We are happy to announce the launch of PromisesKept.com this evening,” said Brad Parscale, Campaign Manager for Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. “This repository will serve as a robust record of the Trump Administration and its growing portfolio of accomplishments. It’s a shame that such a platform is even necessary to overcome the errors and omissions reporting by the mainstream media – full of distortions, underreporting, and lies – but we are pleased to present such a record of achievement by President Trump nonetheless,” he concluded.

“It’s fitting to launch PromisesKept.com as we mark the first 500 days of PresidentTrump’s first term in office, during which the President has already fulfilled so many promises with record-breaking success in job creation, the economy, trade, national security, and so much more,” said Lara Trump, Senior Advisor to Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. “We are proud to offer this platform of the true and complete record of President Donald Trump, and we are also especially proud of what he has accomplished for the hard working men and women of America thus far. There’s plenty more to come!” she added.

Trump’s First 500 Days Only Widen Gap Between Richest Americans & Everyone Else

In response to Trump’s first 500 days in office and a U.N. investigation that found his policies are deepening poverty in the United States, DNC spokesperson Daniel Wessel released the following statement:

“Long term, Trump’s policies have only widened the gap between the richest Americans and everyone else. Trump is not fighting for American workers, and he is not fighting for lower- and middle-class families. Instead, Trump is only enriching special interests, big corporations and people like himself. This is the legacy of Trump’s first 500 days in office, and deepening poverty in America will be a lasting impact of his presidency.”

Reuters: America's poor becoming more destitute under Trump: U.N. expert

“Poverty in the United States is extensive and deepening under the Trump administration whose policies seem aimed at removing the safety net from millions of poor people, while rewarding the rich, a U.N. human rights investigator has found.”

The Guardian: Trump's 'cruel' measures pushing US inequality to dangerous level, UN warns

“Donald Trump is deliberately forcing millions of Americans into financial ruin, cruelly depriving them of food and other basic protections while lavishing vast riches on the super-wealthy, the United Nations monitor on poverty has warned.”

Los Angeles Times: U.N.'s poverty and human rights special rapporteur finds U.S. policies reward wealthy, punish poor

“Philip Alston, the United Nations’ special rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, published a damning report this week on poverty in the United States, condemning President Trump’s administration forexacerbating the problem of inequality by rewarding the rich and punishing the poor.”
