The 35-page Blueprint came out in mid-January.  About 8,000-10,000 copies were printed; most were shipped to New Hampshire, although some were distributed in South Dakota and nationally. 

The Blueprint had five sections:

I. Replace Reaganomics
II. Reduce and Restructure the Military
III. Rebuild America
IV. Get Tough on Trade
VI. Putting Government to Work for Our Families
