Congressmen Call for Investigation into FBI Treatment of Clinton  ...back >
Dec. 6, 2017 - U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), joined by a number of House Republican colleagues, called for an investigation into the FBI's investigation of Hillary Clinton's emails.  Gaetz cited "a clear an consistent pattern of treating the Clinton investigation differently from other investigations."  In a statement Gaetz said, "At least some of this 'special' treatment seems to have been motivated by political bias."
Two days ago, CNN reported that Peter Strzok, an FBI agent on Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, had been dismissed for "anti-Trump text messages."  CNN also reported that Strzok was the person who changed the language used by then FBI director James Comey in his July 2016 "exoneration" of Hillary Clinton from "grossly negligent" to "extremely careless."
