Ed. The small version has almost the same text; there is one different bullet point:
• END THE STATE INCOME TAX
for the average Virginia family, by exempting the first $60,000 of household income. This is a tax cut of $3,000 every year
• LEGALIZE MARIJUANA
and send $1 billion back to taxpayers. Reform the criminal justice system by ending civil asset forfeiture, ending arrest quotas, fixing sentencing discrepancies and reforming bail
• STAND OPPOSED TO ACP/MVP PIPELINES
to ensure private property rights are upheld. Eminent domain should not be used to benefit private corporations
• EMPOWER JOB CREATORS AND ENTREPRENEURS
by scrapping absurd and burdensome business regulations, taxes and occupational licensing requirements
