OVERVIEW
The Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, located in the western
North Pacific Ocean, has a population of almost 57,000. Hillary
Clinton won the 2016 caucuses, which drew 189 participants, by 102
votes to 65 for Sanders and 22 uncommitted. This time it was a
two-man race between Biden and Sanders. Emmanuel T. Erediano of
